I just got my hand on 2 Roadbots. The scale is 1:18 but I don't know the scale of Alternators so they looks a tad big. Still, the MR2 I got is awesome. Could work well for one of the stunticons. I also got the Lancer EVO but haven't taken it out of the box yet. I have some of the smaller 1:32 scale ones coming as well. The white SUV could make a good Brawn. Thoughts?

Which 3? Also, what is the scale for the Alternators?

Wow, so the 1:18 scale ones I got are HUGE in comparison. I haven't placed them side by side yet. My hobby room is all packed up because we're trying to sell our house.

    Alt's are 1:24.

Most of the deluxe cars (RiD, Classic, Movie) are ballpark 1:32ish. Movie Prime (Leader Class) is ballpark 1:34ish (close enough to look natural with the 1:32 deluxe cars).

I really wanted to use the 1:32 Toyota Supra Roadbot to customize into Detour (who not only ressembles the Supra Roadbot but also turns into a Supra!)...
Unfortunately the 1:32 Roadbots are assembled using plastic rods and rivets... which can't be removed like metal ones can... so without disassembly, I can't do an effective repaint. :(

Who is Detour? Aren't the Stunticons Breakdown, Drag Strip, Dead End and Wildrider? I thought Dead End was the Supra. Wait nevermind. I'm confusing posters. Still don't know who detour is though.

    Detour is my fancharacter.
The only Supra Transformer was Downshift. (Celica XX in Japan, Supra in North America)
    Dead End is a Porsche.

Bought the white SUV a few months back. I plan to bash him into a Classics style Skids... eventually.

Are they like dumb-downed Alternators? That yellow Ford GT looks like one of the early animations for movie Bumblebee

Might I steer you towards my painting guide then, :

Following that you can effectivly repaint any TF, especially the deluxe. In fact of all the TFs I've done I've never had to take any of them apart. Most I've done is pop a ball-jointed limb off here and there.

They looks like generic bots to me, but their quality is surprisingly good. At least on the 1:18 scale ones anyway.

I've got 3 coming fro China

They are the 1:32 Scale and would be perfect Stunticons

I think two of them all I have to do is re-paint them

I'll post some pics soon as I can find them..

I've got the 1/32 scale GT. It's a parts former, with some odd articulation.
