I sent this guy an email and this was his reply: "Thanks for you concern but I have no ties to the buyers, sorry. One says his son used to have these when he was little and would like to surprise him with them. Sounds like you have nothing better to do with your life than to pick on those that are doing better than you action figure nerds. I get at least 10 emails just like yours. I'm sorry you trailer trash poor and no one bids on your junk!! But worry about yourselfs and your pokemans. Maybe you guys just under estimated the market??" Under estimated the market... First off, his immaturity is just ooozing - obviously a scammer. Secondly, isn't it odd that one of the bidders already contacted him to say why he wanted to buy the toy? Not exactly normal. I was holding my tongue with this guy but since he wanted to resort to personal insults looks like I'll be in touch with ebay. Maybe if enough people report him they'll take notice.
maybe someone should send him a link to this thread and let him know what an asshole he is. Come on the buyers son had one when he was little. What is his son 22 or so? He wants to surprise him. Can you just imagine if that is real and the father gave that to the son "umm yeah thanks dad but mine was broken in 10 places."
At this point I've really stop caring, if people are dumb enough to buy this scam or not then to hell with it. I know better and really has long as I'm not getting scam two tears in bucket.
I wrote ebay about this guy and they responded back that they did find a case for jacking up the price on his own auction. They pulled this item and sent a warning to him. I've still got his messages and insults so I'll be keeping an eye on this ass for a while.
That's friggin great, the asshat deserves to be booted off for good. This is the first time I've seen ebay act in a way that is actualy helpful or right. That's what he gets for insulting us "nerds".
