anyone know what this prototype/testshot is?

    this was found at a flea market for $2 .. thing is I can't figure out what it is..it is strikingly similar to movie Jazz but obviously very different as well. If anyone can give me any insight into what they think it is it would be greatly appreciated :D

    The extra front end of the car slapped onto the roof is a dead giveaway.

    The wheels being on clips is rather odd, they're normally pinned in.

    If it had been anything except movie verse I would have known in an instant... That world is just a dark place I stay away from :D  haha
