    ive got no clue... they kinda look gundamish, they're diecast, and have clip on armor...

    Orguss toys. Not sure exactly which ones, as I'm not terribly familiar with the show.

    Orguroid and Nickick toys or models from Super Dimension Century Orguss - there were a number of different toy variations made. Those don't look transformable (are they?), so they may have been the smaller scale one-form-only toys.

    EDIT: It looks like they're specifically from the "System Mecha" part of the line. Non transformable figures which had skeletons upon which you would hang the external armor parts.

    I used to have a plastic model kit of the first one (on the left) - think it was marketed as some sort of Robotech mech by Testors?

    Yes. There were a number of model kits that were incorporated under the "Robotech" model kit line, including kits from Orguss, Macross, and others.

    i have the 10 inch transformering version which is pretty sick, although mine is fairly beat up. ive been trying to watch this show for a while but can you imagine...gasp...i cant find anyone with a VCR player O_O
