Which font was used on the G1 Boxes. Not the logo font but all the rest of the
    writing on the boxes?

As I recall from matching the font for the nametags on my team's BotCon booth shirts, I seem to recall it being Arial Black.

    This is Arial Black.

    This is Arial.

    I think it's the latter.

    SKYFIRE <- Arial + bold.

    SKYFIRE <- Arial Black.

    size 4 font used.

If you're trying to mimic the font used, I'd go with Arial + bold, or Arial Black as mentioned. Either way it's one of the two.
