So I'm getting ready for a gallery show soon and one of the ideas I had was for a sculpted custom toy on a blister packed card. My one snag is how to fabricate a blister that would fit the toy. I'm thinking the proportions would be like the old school Star Wars toys blisters but for a toy that's about 7".

The other problem I've got is I don't have much time to build and work a vacuumforming setup. I got some tips from another member here, but I'm thinking another possible solution would be to enlist the help of anyone who may actually have experience as well as a setup for vacuumforming! If so, we can talk, and I am willing to pay for what I am hoping will be a very simple process (I could send you an object with which to vacuumform off of).
