One of the interesting things about this figure is that while you can remove significant portions of the leg armors, the internals are identical to those of the GP-01 Fb, which is kind of a cop-out for Bandai. I can't blame you for wanting to get rid of it, the sculpt is not too bad, externally, but the posability could use some work, especially in the shoulders.
Heh. If you watch the 4-episode miniseries Stardust Memory, it shows these 2 being built together under the Gundam Project (GP), which explains their similarities
