I thought it was pointless to be honest.
You must be the only one
...or you just don't care much for Beast Wars...
yah what they said
how would you have prefered it would end? just no maximals at the end? or something else?
I thought it was kind of funny. Especially the bit with waspinator dragging himself of muttering about having plans.
I dont like Beast Wars. But I liked the silly nod to the BW fans.
I liked it
I'm no fan of BW (hate it, in fact) but I still think it's cool that Animated isn't exclusive to only dropping G1 homages or references. It was a clever little nod to the BW fans and I'm glad they got it.
Well, the whole episode was the birth of Waspinator and the ride of the Predacons. So a little homage to the Maximals fit perfectly at the end.
So ronery, there?
It worked well.
That 2 second clip RUINED that ep FOREVER!!!11!!!ONE!!
I loved it personally, though it's no big deal if others don't. I don't see how throwing a reference to Beast Wars in an episode centering around two Beast Wars-homaging characters could be labeled 'pointless' though.
I agree it was pointless. But it was cute so it gets a pass.
I liked the nod. I love Beast Wars as a show, but secretly I DO hope Transformers won't evolve into Beast-bots overtime like in the G1 continuity. The appeal of big car-robots is much more appealing (to me) than robots mimicking beasts.
Still, funny nod.
It was fine for a nod to the fans that liked it.
Wouldn't want it shoehorned in as part of this show's history though.
I loved it.
it was funny, cool homeage, especially with Blackarachnia's line but i still think people are paying way too much attention to that scene speculating bout Maximals and whole Beast Wars Animated idea. That'spointless for me.
but any past Transformers show's homeages are WIN
I don't like the homage now because it is making fans look too much into it.
