Hey guys, stupid question for everyone.

I just tried to reinstall Guild Wars, but can't for the life of me remember any of my log in info. I've emailed them about this, and got bounced between departments, and already given them my game key twice, and haven't heard anything since 12 am this morning. They asked if I knew what email account that it was under, but you use the email log in, which of course I haven't a clue about.

Anyone have any tips on what to do, or have had any similar things with these people? I've never had a problem with my CoH/CoV account with them, but this has me tearing my hair out.

    No idea bud.

How many e-mail accounts do you have that you could have used as the login? My advice would to be to imput those on the "lost password" page, then check the various e-mail's to see if it's any of em.

Ther could be 4 email addys that it could have been under, but those were all shut down a while ago. (Different ISPs)

Sucks, still no response from them, and it's not pleasing me one bit. I'm not about to drop another 50$ on a game I hardly play.

I had a problem accessing my account about a year ago and they were pretty helpful. I did have to wait about a day to get everything squared away, but for the most part, my experence was good.

Thanks for the heads up Toonces. nothing so far, but a friend of mine told me it took 4 days for him to hear back. Not overly impressed right now. :(

If you sent them a support ticket through the PlayNC Support site, it usually takes about a day or so before they get back to you.
I am sure you did that though, but here is a link to the page in case...

    Good luck!

I've never had to deal with support, but I have had to deal with the mods banning me for a month and changing the name of one of my characters. Apparently, they finally got the joke in "Harry Cox"

No, I've never had to deal with support, but I love that game. Hard as all get out, but quite fun.
