I was looking around on google (while at work hehe) and I read that "Trypticon" turned into a nemisus class ship of somesort. does that mean that at some point we are going to see a big ass dinosour city robot out of the blue? I have not read this is going to happen anywhere so there is no spoilers here just a random thought... what say you?

In Exodus, Trypticon does indeed turn into the Nemesis. However since this is Prime, that means jack. They are unrelated.

Not quite. Since this universe is supposed to use much of the same info for WFC, Exodus, and Prime, that may be a detail used.

So, at this point, no confirmation of Nemesis being Trypticon, but it's a cool idea and I wouldn't be suprised if it came true.

It's a book released little over a year ago that reboots the origin of Optimus Prime, Megatron, the Decepticons, and the whole civil war. It mixes in a bunch of info from the previous universes (mentions Mini-Cons and Velocitron as throw-aways) as well as uses Dark Energon from War For Cybertron. It's kind of a tie in to War For Cybertron. The intitial plan was for WFC, Exodus, and Prime to be all part of the same world, uniting all concepts of transformers history, however, each version of the story has differences that make it better understood as splinters off the whole concept of the current Transformers story.

It was, at the time, the best Transformers novel written... but it was still pretty bad. Worth reading, tho, for a fan. I bet you can pick up the hardcover off of amazon for about $4 with shipping.

Direct relation or not between Exodus and Prime aside, I would hazard to say that "Trypticon is the Nemesis" is an idea from the Aligned story bible that both WFC and Prime draw from, and hence it's something that's part of both stories.

(We know that the Nemesis is appearing in Fall of Cybertron, and art has shown that it's basically identical to the Nemesis as it appears in Prime.)

In the description for "Flying Mind" it says that Jack, Raf, and Miko must stop the Nemesis from threatining humanity. Also the title itself Implies that the Nemesis is Trypticon.

Omega didn't defeat Trypticon in WFC. Hell, the two never even had a confrontation.

Title is "Flying Mind", How does that imply it is specifically Trypticon. The flying mind could just imply either a con has integrated his mind into the ship or the title is reffering to the collective consciousness of the decepticons on the ship. Best not to get our hopes up that Trypticon is the ship. Also the episode descriptions have been misleading before.

There was a Prime/G1 marathon on the Hub last year for the 4th of July that had little fact pop-ups on screen. While I myself don't have the Hub and couldn't watch it, I do recall someone saying that there was a pop-up that outright stated that the Nemesis was in fact the alt-mode of Trypticon.

That's also concept art for Fall of Cybertron. No guarantee that it even has any relevance to the Prime cartoon.

Its a big stretch, if Tryp did transform and was defeated by the Autobots, where would Megs plan his attacks from. BTW, how has Earth not noticed this giant floating carrier in the sky???

In the credits he did! That counts for... nothing at all.

But yes, It would be awesome to see Trypticon as the Nemesis. Prime and Exodus share a lot of elements in common, so I wouldn't doubt this might show up.
