Got 'em both on DVD. They were pretty good, first one more than the second.

I'm betting you've seen this as well then, but if not check out Pandorum. Just watched it this morning, good flick.

I find I love them both equally, but really we need a fantasy epic that isn't afraid to get a little silly. Seriously; something like Warcraft would be great fun.

    Not sick of it all.

Vampires and Cert 15 "horror" movies, on the other hand...

I'd rather go with Warhammer. Much better mythology and better and more diverse races.

But then again I'm a biased Warhammer fanboy, I even used to collect them I still have my miniature Lizardmen army somewhere...

    Tabletop games ftw!

I suggested Warcraft since I know it can do the PG-13 (as much as I hate it, its the money spinner) rating and not really suffer. Warhammer always had its sights set a little higher than that in terms of how it wanted to tell its stories. I mean I hate Warhammer with a passion, but that's largely due to some truly obnoxious 40K fanboys I met.

I never liked 40K never got what's so great and fun about it.

I was always in the old school Warhammer camp...

Plus painting tanks and viechles isn't nearly as fun as painting and putting together a big dinosaur that's riden by a another dinosaur that walks on two legs and has a giant ass spear.

I'd love a warhammer movie about a Witch Hunter investigating some cult. Or an Inquisitor, if you must do a 40K film. It's so tempting to do battles and heroes, but some of the best things in those settings are away from the table-top, IMO.

They are remaking Frankenstein. Let's hope that you're right.
