That arm being so pathetic is something I hate about the ROTF Megatron toys - I was hoping the movie would explain it but I don't think it did.

In the movie both arms seemed to be the same size.

There barely seemed to be a difference in the movie.

it is because the leader was based off of a earlier concept design

so the voyager is more acurate

Cause his own arm got blowned off at the end of TF1 and the did not enough parts to make up for the proper new one?

what I didnt like about the new Megs are his massive feet! they were so unpropotionally huge compared to the rest of his body. especially in the scene on top of the skyscraper with Starscream... he looked ugly

Which one's the lucky one? The one that's normal sized or the one with the fusion cannon and death sword?

Megs needs to use his other hand for awhile, or others bots are going to figure out what he's up to.

The shriveled left arm is probably useful for the most important function of picking the nose.

I just assumed the smaller arm was from the other decepticon they sacrificed to repair Megs, and since it was a smaller bot, thus the smaller arm.

It's not the left arm that is small. It's the right arm that is bigger. He was very lonely at the botton of the sea, y'know?

    God, what have I become?

Maybe the shriveled left arm has some type of sexual function or maybe it is copied from the small arms of a T-Rex. I don't know how the T-Rex uses his small arms. I heard some say they could be used as tooth picks.

yeah, leader toy is poop, and was based off earlier concept art.

buy the voyager. Megs is a triple changer in the movie, and looks normal.

There is no problem with using only one arm to work out.

But atually, the leader's based of a concept design. I would have liked it if the arm was bigger, but.....

The voyager Megatron is better bec. it has the flying tank with the wings. In the movie, Megatron uses flying tank mode to go to space.

they had unfinished stuff to work with when making the toys, hopefully Megatron will remain the way we saw him and they can make a more accurate toy for round 3-it could even be a retool-slightly altered head, change up the arms a bit, add small wings to the tank mode and have a panel fill him out a bit more and WALLAH! toy for movie 3.
