Even for the Transformers Prime series Hasbro made way too many Bumblebee figures and that's whats been turning me off for Transformers.

THE only time that I dont see a gazillion Bumblebee figures is the Generations series where at least I can find at least one Kup figure and thats about it

I've rarely walked down the toy aisle to only be greeted by Bumblebees. There's usually a sprinkle of Cliffjumper and Ratchet these days. However, the last time I remember being in a toy aisle where it wasn't primarily full of BB's was back when the first movie had just been released. To think, back then it was a pain in the ass to find Concept Camaro BB. I remember considering myself a lucky bastard when I found CC Bumblebee and Arcee right after the movie premiered.

I figured that since it wasn't a movie line (wasn't collecting until TFA Rodimus came out) that the Bumblebees would be a bit more limited. Had I not already started collecting the Prime figures, I would have only done what I did with Animated and got the few interpretations of my favorite characters. I think after TFP runs its course, I think I'll just stick to classics/generations/3rd Party, Masterpiece, and Botcon releases.

The nearest Target near me is Bumblebee central. They can't move the TFP version or the DOTM version at all.

In other stores I go to, its more like a mixture between BB and CJ, but I do see other stuff too.

I found a lone Wheeljack and Soundwave at Target the other day. Every other deluxe was a Bumblebee.

That hasn't been an issue in my area. The problem is a lack of restocking since no one's buying the toys at my local Target (they have had wave 2 and wave 3 without the Vehicon pegwarming there for a month.) The stores around me have pretty good stock though and I only see 3 'Bees at most unless I come too late after everyone bought most of the deluxe wave 3 or wave 4 stuff.

The Targets by me are pretty bad right now...what really hurts is the number of times I've gone to the toy aisle and seen a bunch of Bumblebees and a Hot Shot or two, because I know they put out a Wave 3 case but somebody snapped up the rest of the new figures in the wave before I got to them. A few weeks ago I managed to find a Knock Out and a Vehicon, but I'm still looking for two more Vehicons, so I'm still hunting.

    Enough already!
The only thing worse than the glut of bb's,
is the new bb complaint thread being started weekly.
    Yes, the bb's are annoying.
    Yes, they're clogging the shelves.
Yes, their recolors will do the same.
Yes, these complaints are the same on each thread.
Yes, some dodo at hasbro is pathetic at research.
But a new complaint thread weekly is just repetitive and annoying.
    Enough!

Plenty, actually. Sady it's just fucking Wheeljacks and that shit Cliffjumper mould.

Cyberverse is rockin' pretty hard, though. Too bad Prime Cyberverse does little for me.

Just Bumblebee and Cliffjumper at my Wal-Mart. Oh, and one Soundwave, but that was a week ago. Haven't gone since then. I knew I should have gotten Dead End when I saw him...:banghead:

And for DOTM, There's lots of Nitro Bumblebees, a couple Cyberfire Bees, and a ton of Deluxe Fireburst Primes.

Tons. Bumblebee is most plentiful here, but he is far from the only thing I see.

Target really seems to be the worst for Bumblebee overload.

About half the stores I've been to have had Deluxe class Transformers selections that are comprised of between 1/3 and 3/4 Bumblebees, and the other half have had nothing but, or nearly nothing but, Bumblebee.

Actually, yes. I found half of Wave 4 last night (Knock Out and Dead End), after weeks of solid pegs of 'Bee.

Last time I went to Wal-Mart, it was all Bumblebee, except for one Dead End, which I got.

I did find a few new things. A lot of the stores near me had empty pegs, however.
