So I was playing around with Classics (Universe) Galvatron just now. I really think we need a better one. I mean, the mold shows well, but the figure is back heavy and has that crazy back kibble that barely gets you to be able to move the arm. I almost want to just rip that off.

What are you guys thinking? Also, do you think a voyager size would be better?

Haha, I have been collecting only since December. So sorry, I didn't smell the horses dead corpse as I walked by. Only after kicking it did I discover I am beating a dead horse.

Is this considered as one of the worst Classics figures? If not, which one is. I haven't opened all mine yet. I need to find out what pain I am in for.

I'd say galvatron is the worst classics figure yet based on his playability/pose-ability. I feel both molds are quite good and accurate, but I would have loved a voyager mold or one that was a bit more pose able.

I watched Peaugh's video review for Galvatron, it didn't seem to be a bad figure. I should be getting one in the mail this week, so I guess once I bust him out of the packaging I'll know for sure.

Turning the shins around, tightening the joints with Nail polish, and cutting off the target reticle on his his cannon, then distract from his absurd awfulness by posing him alongside Cyclonus and Scourge, and I'm coo' with him.

Galvatron is on of, if not the worst of Universe 2.0 Mine just stands in the case next to Cyclonus and Titanium Scourge for now holding the matrix from the RTS Battle pack of Rodiumus and Cyclonus. The Armada Hot Shot redux from that line is pretty craptastic too.

You won't open too many of the Classic/Universe toys that will be as bad as Galvatron.

I like him. I won't deny that he could be better (and bigger?) but it's a good toy. Nowadays I can transform him quickly without popping anything off.

It's funny, one moment I open WFC Soundwave, which to this point I think is the best figure I opened to date, then the next night open Galvatron, the worst figure.

Also, the directions on him made 0 sense. I was like, wtf are you trying to show me here?

I still need a Galvatron. If they are remaking another mold on him, I am up for it. His Classics version is alright while the Henkei has his G1 colors with random chrome applied to him. Hope there is a remake on him because I need someone to lead Cyclonus, Scourge, and the Sweeps.

Anyone have a pic of Cyclonus, Galvatron and the sweeps. I haven't opened BiS yet, and the I haven't even got close to finding Scurge yet.

I don't have the classics version, but i got the repaint of him in the challenge at cybertron set. Though i like him alot, i do think Hasbro should have done a voyager class that was true to his G1 model. What is it with Hasbro having Galvatron AND Megatron as damn Tanks.

Galvatron could have been better. He is nice to look at but can be a pain to transform without something falling off. If Generations or the next Classics like line starts to include Voyager class figures then a new Galvatron would be welcome, with a new Rodimus Prime and Ultra Magnus of course. As far as the worst Universe figure I would say no. That title probably should go to Cheetor.

We do need a new Galvatron, and he should be a Voyager or an Ultra.

I'd definitely buy a better designed Voyager Galvatron. But I was never a huge Galvatron fan so if it never happened I'd be fine with the Deluxe version.

I think I've gotten over my need for a new Classics Galvatron. I've made my peace with the toy, even with its flaws, and I think now I'd rather see that spot go to another character who hasn't yet had a Classics incarnation.

Really the main issue with Galvatron is his size, but these days I feel like I have a pretty solid lineup of pint-sized Decepticon heavy-hitters: Galvatron, Straxus, Thunderwing, etc. Even the Seekers and triplechangers are undersized. So I kinda feel like a different scale already applies to my Decepticon Classics collection than applies to the Autobots. Besides, I don't think I would want a Galvatron who towers over Cyclonus and Scourge.
