i just found them at my local px (on base shopping) over here in okinawa japan. they had voyager prime, starscream, ironhide, and demolisher. deluxe bumblebee, rampage, sideswipe, and sideways. activator or something megs and jolt and basic dirt boss and a couple others. short story long i looked them all over and couldnt bring myself to buy any of them. to me it seems the movie characters dont translate well into toys but good on screen while the 'traditional' looking toys dont translate onto the screen but make better toys. anyone else feeling like they can take a nice break during rotf?
I'm going to be holding back a bit and then picking up all the buyer's remorse sales in 3 - 6 months time. Nothing like 50 - 70% off retail!
They ruined Megatron, and Starscream. Leader Prime, and Sideswipe are the only good ones, but I'm waiting for those two to go on clearance.
I am for sure on leader Prime and Voyager Starscream. I have Sideswipe already. The others I will wait until I see them in person to make a decision.
Not a fan of this movie line. However, the OP with Jetfire looks interesting and different when combine together into jet pack. But I'll probably hold off and hope for a premium with a kooler paint job.

no way, they look WAY better then the first movie toys, and i have been looking forward to these toys since they first started to appear online. heck, i haven't bought any transformers since august 2008, because i wanted to save up as much money as i could, to buy as many of the movie characters *along with the other "non-movie characters" too, as i could. heck, i might even pick up supreme dev once it goes on clearance or something. so in other words, i am not skipping the movie toys.
I love my Sideswipe and you're a fool for not liking him! Joking. The only thing I don't like is that Sideswipe seems to be made from cheap plastic and his body doesn't lock in.
I'm likely passing on them all except leader Prime, and even that I'll wait on until I see if a premium version comes out. Of course, I thought I was going to pass on all the original toys except Prime too, and I ended up getting the whole movie cast, plus a couple of non-cast toys, so make of that what you will.
I never get to excited about movie toys, although that TRU near me is closing soon so if I find a really good deal when they go into clearence mode I may pick up leader Prime. He looks like he'd make a good Alternator Rodimus.
Actually I'm on Kadena, and checked here last night...still nothing. I just went to Foster, nothing there either. How the hell does Kinser have them and neither Kadena nor Foster? That's nuts! Oh well, I'm headed to Kinser tomorrow to move anyway. Where's the PX on Kinser, and how well were they stocked?
the px is right by the towers so thats good! hah. youll see it its up on the hill right next to the commissary. stock wise they had multiple's of the deluxes, like 3 to 4 each and 3 demolisher's and then 1 of ironhide, op, and starscream. pretty much they werent in the toy section they were in the 'discount/now new section' go in and head to the video games and if you didnt pass the tfs by then go the the ps3/psp games and turn around. that isle has the toys. and yeah it does seem odd foster and kadena have no rotf. wonder if it is a mistake?
