They all know she's gone. The Autobots house her in their base and Megatron realized she was gone when Hardshell and the other Insecticons pledged their allegiance to him. Starscream should be the only one who is unaware of what happened to her.

Hey, I got an idea! Dreadwing gets into base, and plants bombs on Airachnid's stasis pod! That'd solve our problem.

 

I'm mostly indifferent toward Airacnhid. She's an okay character and she had a couple of good scenes, but she's just not as threatening as the writers try to make her out to be.

I was also getting tired of Arcee's "My partners are dead" shtick.

 

And then Tailgate can beat her up in the Well- ah who am I kidding. She's going to the pit.

She is a threat for the Decepticons- I want her to be dead. And for the sake of every "endangered species".
