I have a confession to make. It's a secret that I don't really let anyone else know but whenever I drive and see a truck passing by, my heart starts pumping a little faster, and my inner child silently screams "eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!" or "oooooooh look, it's Optimus!"

And after seeing all the trailers, I secretly wish that any vehicle would just jump up, transform and start running!

Anyone else get like this? Someone please say yes so I don't feel like I'm going crazy!

It may be worrying but I have a habit of looking at random trucks, cars and other vehicles and imagining what it would look like if they transformed.

I also do this, and imagine the height that it would be.

I imagine they're on a bootlegging run and there's a trans am nearby baiting Smokey away.

I am always feel happy when I see flat nose cabs that are the same model of G1 Optimus Prime. These things are still around and I see them a lot around the Bay-area.

I've seen a few solid red Peterbilt trucks and every time, I think to myself, "the flames are so unnecessary."

well I've been seeing some pontiac soltices while out for my daily walk shortly after buying deluxe movie jazz.

And I Sometimes make the joke that I would'nt like to drive a convertable because they rarely make decent transformers.

and I have been seeing peterbuilt trucks with flames. Seriously though there usually yellow and blue flames for some reason.

I get excited in a nervous way because several years ago a semi truck-driver shot and killed one of my high-school friends (and his friend, and their dog - all because they parked to close to him while at a freeway rest-stop). Also, two years ago a semi sideswiped me while I was in the right-hand lane and wrecked my car.

Yes, most truck drivers are fine upstanding citizens, but I still get nervous.

On a less dreary note, I do ALWAYS think of Optimus Prime when I see a flat-faced semi, especially red ones. And once I saw a fire truck that looked almost exactly like RID Optimus Prime, that was cool.

I do this too. Especially when a car is ahead of me and I can picture it transforming on the road.

And when I see a movie Prime truck, I can picture the nose breaking up as it starts to TF. I pick out details :that ends up on his back, those become his legs, etc.

Of course, I tell no one in real life that I do this.

Have to admit that everytime I see a truck similar to a peterbilt I'm always thinking of Prime and I start trying to figure out Prime's scale in robot mode in the real world.

I constantly try and imagine numerous cars and how they would transform if they were an alternator... usually I just get unoriginal and go with the basic Subaru transformation though.

It happens sometimes. I kid around like "what if this *insert type of vehicle* was actually a transformer?" with whoever I'm with at the moment we pass said vehicle. But I do it on purpose, though. To be intentionally silly.

I'm guilty of Prime watching every time I see a flat faced semi too. If I see an Alt, I'll think there goes a Swindle or there goes a Smokescreen, etc. It's always been part of the magic and appeal of TFs for me.
