In TF 1 we had:

DOTM, from what I've seen, only has:

Shockwave
Laserbeak
Crankcase
Crowbar(?)
Hatchet(?)
Bank Truck Guy (if he's even in the final cut of the film, nothing about him in the adaptations)

TRANS+CRAZY will only be concerned if Barricade somehow shows up as a clone and finally meets his fate.  

As for me, not that all concerned. As long as the main four or five Cons get alot of screentime.

 

The movie Decepticon are weakilings whose only purpose is to get slaughter by the autobots and the military to sho off how awesome they are.

I gave up on them a loooooooong time ago!

They better do some serious f***king damage this time around!

 

Well i'd rather have less decepticons with them having more screen time than alot more decepticons having no screen time you know? i dont want any more jolt bullshit.

Because in ROTF there was like 46 robots right?

 

For a premise like this I'd much rather have a few named Decepticons and an army of no-name protoforms over an army of individually named 'Cons.

 

This, not much else to add really just be nice to have characters instead of canon fodder.

46, 146 something like that. but at least 12 of those were mixmaster.

I'm really hoping for more Decepticons to be shown with DOTM. I can't see Hasbro making recolors of previous characters based off the 'Con fodder Optimus rips through with ease.

Hopefully Hasbro has more Decepticon toys planned for us which are characters within the film. All I'm looking to see is maybe 2 or 3 more toys made. I know we have DLX Soundwave coming in a later wave, but other than that I'd like to see something.

Not really. I actually think it could be a good thing. The drones are no doubt present just to be blown away, whereas the named ones are going to do a little more. Nonetheless, the only Decepticons who are going to get any character or lines are Shockwave, Megatron, Soundwave and Starscream. We know that.

 

transformers 1 had very phew decepticons, and many consider the first film a much more enjoyable film than the sequel

 

For DoTM, you forgot Driller, Deep Desert Brawl, Long Haul, and Sideways.

 

I think The Dreads are going to have some character as well, but you're right.

 

I'm with this man, except I don't have my hopes too high about his last point.

There should never have been more than seven robots featured on each side.
