If so, what was your experience?

Do you get a full refund (including taxes & shipping)?

Do you have to pay return shipping?

    Thanks in advance!

It took some time. I used the return shipping slip so that was free, but I don't think I got refunded for my original shipping.

Yeah, returned two defective Iron Man figures to them. Their return policy is detailed on the HTS website, did everything as stated there and it went fine. I did have a delay on one of the figures because I wanted to exchange it instead of get a refund and they never restocked, but that was it.

Never refunded original shipping, but I had ordered more toys than I returned, so it didn't matter.

I have read that some people return something and get a completely different toy back.

I've made several returns with them. Not very difficult but it does take some time for them to process the return. Up to 2 weeks if I recall correctly.

You get refunded the full amount minus shipping.

And just use the return label and you won't have to pay shipping.

So you just slap that sticker on the box and take it to a post office? The shipping is prepaid?

Return process: Slap the label on the box, drop off at post office, wait.

I ended up waiting like 2 months for a refund because they screwed up their system between point A and point B... Took me half a dozen phone calls. Refund was for purchase price + tax + the "per pound" addition to the base shipping charge.
