You can find some pretty cool older transformers stuff over there, for a nice price too ;)

I haven't been there in a year or so. But they do always seem to have some older Universe stuff, and don't forget about the KOs.

i've seen a few universe toys, classics, allspark power. Usually the deluxes will be 7.50 but on occasional times I've seen them been marked only five dollars.

If you call 7 dollars for a scout class figure a "nice price," then yeah.

I went to a few Big Lots before I left the USA, but mostly all they had were Universe mini-cons for $4 a pop, Cybertron re-packaged scouts for $7, a bunch of the Prime/Megatron classics 2-pack sans DVD for $20, and about a million KO BW dragon Megatrons in assorted colors. Oh, and the KO Combaticons.

The KO's they carry are of piss poor quality, and the Universe the carry are overpriced compared to the dollar stores that carry the same thing. Although if you don't have a dollar store I guess Big Lots will do in a pinch if you're REALLY desperate for some plastic crack.

All mine have right now are a ton of TFA Snarl, Oil Slick and Jazz...$12.50 per deluxe. Nah, not biting.

Big Lots used to be great for interesting KOs, but in my opinion their toy department (at least here) isn't worthwhile any more. They have jacked up prices on toys and carry very few KOs.

While I didn't like the price, I picked up TFA Blurr a couple weekends ago for 12.50. I really didn't have much choice since he disappeared as fast as he showed up in my area.

I stop by every once in awhile to look for interesting KOs, but they usually never have anything good.

I used to check Big Lots every so often for KOs, I picked up a KO Defensor and Devastator for cheap. I also scored a Black Energon Unicron for $15 there too but the only time I regularly checked Big Lots for anything was when the Universe micromaster Airialbots where being sighted there.

    Ebay:
my biglots has those universe scouts with the keys for like $8.00! no thanks! plenty of the dragon/megs too for $12. and some robot heroes for $5! they are more expensive than most other stores. The only thing Biglots has worth buying right now are some DVD's for $3.00 if you can find ones worth buying.

I've gotten a couple of good things from Big Lots - including Cybertron Scattorshot (scout). I already had one, but I think it's a great mold and I'm thinking about possible repaints.

My local Big Lots also has Animated Blurr for $12. The price makes me shudder, but I don't know how else I'll get him to finish my TFA Elite Guard collection.

People shudder at $12.50 for a deluxe?

That's the going rate now (give or take maybe a dollar). Least it is out here.

When I got my Blurr that was the only think that made me comfortable about buying it. While I had seen TFA deluxes for $9 or less on sale, I was used to paying around $11. I guess the gripe is that Big Lots is a closeout store where things are generally priced lower than retail.
