    Their shipping department needs to use better boxes and packing supplies.

    Yep, luckily I got two so the one I opened yesterday was the bad box. The other that I plan on keeping misb is in great shape.

    Embarrassed to say, but I have nothing to take a digital picture with. Top of Soundwaves box is crushed in. They used a box almost twice as big as his box.
