I'm curious because if that is real I need to get one online somehow. Any news on this that got by me?
i thought that it was confirmed on here a few weeks ago....about the time the botcon box set was revealed
I learned of it then myself but never saw it confirmed. The proximity to the news leak to the first images of our mirror prime made me suspicious.
So there is going to be a re-release of Nemi Prime? I already have one but another wont hurt. EDIT: Ohh a Classics Nemi Prime sweet I saw pictures but bever heard any offical word. I will plan on spending $250.00 to $300.00 on him when he hits ebay.
It's confirmed that there will be a Classics Nemesis Prime released for SDCC 2008. http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers...sive-classics-nemesis-prime-confirmed-164278/
The previous SDCC releases for the last two years have been available to order online from HasbroToyshop, but they tend to sell out within hours of getting posted. So you have this tiny window, and you have to watch it like a hawk the night/day they are released. The exception was Titanium Menasor, which Hasbro couldn't seem to GIVE away. If the Alts from the previous years are any indication, he'll probably shortly afterward show up on eBay en masse for about double price (around $50 or so). But who knows... exclusive Classics seem to command high prices, so the Alts might not be an accurate measuring stick. Still, don't worry, he'll likely be cheaper and easier to obtain than a Botcon release.
^^^^^I hope so it was a real bite in the ass to hunt and get a 07 set so I am prepairing myself for Classics Nemi Prime.
10-4 whitemocha I shall be on my toes as the sdcc nears. This is the line I decided to go completest on and by god I will find one of those soon.
I still remember trying to get the Alt Hot Rod. The ONE day I don't check is of course the day it went up. I still don't own it due to the scalpers. Grrr.
Well, they usually go up on the Hasbro site the day ComicCon starts... which this year is July 23rd. So you don't have to be on high alert quite yet. Of course it's possible some prototypes will show up before that on eBay, but they will probably be very expensive. I would just hang tight for the official release. Hope that helps! I'll be watching as well... I'm not going to SDCC this year, but like you I'm a Classics completist. So I'll definitely be part of the mad rush to get one online!
