Any guesses on how much the Madman entire G1 collection will cost us?

    Seems like the RRP is about $150 AU which is currently around $120 / $125 US. The exchange rate is currently very good for the AU dollar though.

    I would assume they are but you know as much as I know and that is whatever the link says. It's probably going to be region 4...does this sound accurate?

    They should indeed be region 4, but more importantly, PAL format - something that may be more of a problem than the region coding to American collectors. The Madman versions were similar to the Rhino versions, but had some extra stuff added to some of the later volumes. Not sure off hand, because I have all the Rhino versions, but maybe some other Australian here may mention what extra stuff Madman included. Llamatron, did you get the Madman versions?

    Just to be fair asking about a price for an item that was just announced makes me feel that it news. No one knows the price so if we can some how come up with one then that will be news. Also I looked around here quite a bit before I posted to see if anything about this dvd set was mentioned and I could not find one thing. I'm sorry I did post this in the "How much is the new G1 dvd set going to be?" part of the message board.
