I'm only seeing Bay's Transformers calendars out.

A Beast Wars, G1, Dreamwave would be better.

They had a Dreamwave G1 calendar way back when Dreamwave was at its peak, as well as an Armada one.

I think the big push on merchandising this year is focused on the movie, however, but maybe next year we'll see something different, or even something that takes from different lines across the transformers history. Actually, a calendar that did that for the 25th anniversary would have been great, especially if it was a page-a-day calendar with different Universe/MTMTE profiles.

TF is all about the movie right now. Maybe next year's calendar will be something else.

I'd love to see a calendar that celebrates different TF universes/lines. That would've been a great way to celebrate the 25th anniversary year. Oh well, better luck in future.

I have one on my wall right now for '09 where each month has art of a different G1 TF, alternating between an Autobot and a Decepticon every other month. What's interesting about it, though, is that most of the drawings are from Dreamwave's MTMTE guide books, but a few of them are actually from the original G1 toy packaging art. I got it for Christmas last year.

I'm not sure if I have the Dreamwave versions but I have one from '08 and one from '09. It is G1-ish. I guess, I will have to go with Pixar's Toy Story for '10.

Its probably not dreamwave, since they havent existed for years, but a lot of their art is owned by Hasbro, so its likely just Hasbro licensed art, which may or may not have been done at some point by people from Dreamwave.

Its shady as all getout, and certainly not legal to sell, but many print shops can make calendars. Just pick the art you like, and have them make you one, if you feel you have to have a G1 TF calendar. Just don't tell anyone you did it.

I've still got my Dreamwave calendars kicking about, and a couple of proper G1 ones somewhere. There definitely needs to be more TF calendaring around, especially with BayFormers being big. But I'd just hope we'd get something that's not BayFormers too.
There are unofficial calendars of just about everything, so why not TF too?

I have Scrapper for December 2009. Sunstreaker was November 2009.

Had a look at the 2010 movieverse calendar - aside from the new characters, looks like they're just re-using the same stock CG renders as the 2008 and 2009 offerings. :(
