Laserbeak beeping the original Transformers theme when he was disguised as a copier is the only one I can think of.

No... do you even know what I mean by Easter Eggs??? Not LITERALLY Easter Eggs, just like, stuff that are hard to find. Like cameos or something. Like in ROTF, there's a BAD BOYS 2 poster on the wall.

the biggest easter egg of all would be "cohesive plot", since its pretty "hard to find"

ok seriously if you want to list easter eggs here we go:

Michael Bay's jet with tail number N4500X used in NEST hangar which is also the tail number of Blackout
"More than meets the eye" musical theme played by Laserbeak as photo copy machine
The story has both the G1 episodes "Megatron's Master Plan" and "The Ultimate Doom" in it
    Prime's Axe, definitely a nod to G1
The original transforming sound at the end of the movie when bumblebee transformers
There are 3 star trek references throughout the movie as an homage to Leonard Nimoy as spock
Ironhide died just like he died in the 1986 animated movie
Soundwave's Benz logo is not scene in Africa to hide his ALT mode later revealed in the movie

Megatron sitting down on his throne (The Lincoln Memorial) which is homeage to the G1 Episode (Atlantis, Arise) and the Decepticon campaign ending in The Transformers Movie Videogame (2007).

    I swear Megatron is a staunch Confederate/Democrat.
