I'd like to know as well. The Imax running time shows a difference of 3 minutes when I look at some timesets.

Well, when I went to the midnight 3d premiere, the scene with Jet Prime swooping down on the street and killing the cons, from the commercials, wasn't there. But I went to the IMAX near me at the Citadel earlier, and that was in it. Also there was a few extra seconds and shots of Bee, Dino, Sideswipe and the Wreckers battling the Decepticon that turns into the garbage truck, with an ape walk. Oh, and some extra snippits of the destruction of Cybertron after they destroy the Spacebridges. Other than that I didntnotice anything else. But it didn't seem like three minutes worth of added things. Probably about a minute and a half. And no, no after credits scene but Simmons kissing Mearing.

    Didn't see anything.

I'd seen the film 3 times before (once in RealD, twice in regular format). Nothing new jumped out at me this time.
