I got the info from Mark Ryan's page, linked in Shaun_C's thread-starting post. Here's the full paragraph (emphasis his):
Also, he does have some other voice directing credits listed in his IMDb page. Check farther down, under "Miscellaneous Crew":

I think he was one of the S.A.S guys in "Who Dares Wins' a British film from 1982, which has a pretty well done anti-terrorist sequence at the end, based of the Irianian embassy event in the 1980.

I still think Ironhide should be Texan, it's just part of his charachter at this point.

This guy COULD do a Texas accent but there's no evednce he WILL.

Put me down in 50/50 on this.

WHY???? WHY???? Mark Ryan Who? Why not get Peter Cullen the original voice of Ironhide (as well as Prime) do the voice. Oh wait..... that would make too much sense and be awsome! Just as it would made sense to have Frank Welker do the voice of Megatron. Micheal Bay make sense and do something right..... yeah right.

I use it for my site, in my experience the pop-ups only appear for about the first 3 pages into the site and then they stop. I think it's pretty good for being free, plus they have REALLY easy upload service.

This is cool news, but I am more surprised to hear that Apollo Creed is a voice director!

I originally heard that Hulk Hogan was voicing Ironhide. That would be cool.

If Hotrod appears in a sequel I hope Stiffler is up for the role. LOL

Nah, in this day and age where web space is now essentially free with basic home internet service, there's no excuse for people to use things like Angelfire, Geocities, etc. anymore. Whether pop-ups "only" appear for the first couple of pages or not, one pop-up ad is one too many. It's not fair for people surfing by to get bogged down with ads and/or get a virus/trojan/spyware because of them, especially when virtually every internet provider now gives their customers 5 to 10 GB (minimum) of web space to use with their monthly service. If it was still 2001, I'd understand. But these days reliable web space is literally handed out whether people want it or not, and ANY free ISP address is better than a high risk Angelfire or Geocities address.

Not a personal opinion this time - FACT :)

A very unreliable person on imdb that claimed to have been to that test screening said that Ironhide had a "southern accent."

I'll echo the seniments of others here that thought since Peter Cullen was already on hand to voice Prime, and he is the original Ironhide as well, he'd handle both roles as he always has.

Agreed, and it would a minor thing to do that would please a lot of fans. Anyway, doesn't Ryan's website just say he is voicing game characters only?
