Scumbag Motion-Blur: Adds an element of realism to visuals, makes random Genericons difficult to make out. :lol

But unfortunately, that's how real life movement works.

It could be a combination of motion blur and the simple fact that two very tiny and very far away points of red light (his optics) simply blend together into a single fuzzy point of light (making it seem like a single visor). Take a look at the fuzzy green point of light for the traffic light as an example. That's how distance works when points of light are photographed. Or it could legitimately be a visor, I don't think anyone really knows for sure.

And for all we know, this "Sideways clone" is slightly modified by the ILM crew. Different tires, a slightly different silver, a red visor instead of eyes. Who knows?

what we need is an artbook. one that details the specific genericons placed wherever they are in the chicago battle.
