eBay won't do anything they don't have to. Unless another court case involving their liability in counterfeit sales pops up, which caused eBay to initially do heavy crackdowns on all KO products, pirated content, etc a few years ago, the only thing people can do is report this guy's items to eBay.

They will investigate/remove KOs like this if enough people actually report them.

I placed an order for FT Grinder on 4/3 from ebay seller netclow. I've used him before and I've never had issues. I was given a tracking number on 4/4 and it was active on 4/5. However it wasn't active thru Ebay's tracking nor USPS as usual. I noticed with this order the tracking number began with YE instead of LK, LW, or LT. I was only able to track the package using 17track.net or aftership.com but not USPS.com, even when the package reached the destination country, USA. Plus I wasn't able to register for automatic email alerts on either of those sites like I can with USPS. I had to check manually on either of the first 2 tracking sites manually every day or so. It turns out netclow used a different shipping carrier to pick up my package for shipment. He used Yanwen instead of China Post. Even though I couldn't get automatic updates to my email I was pleasantly surprised to discover that my package arrived at my local PO early this morning. It doesn't show that it has been delivered yet but basically it took my package a week and 2 days to arrive at my PO instead of the usual 2 weeks. For that I give netclow props.
