Yeah, it's definitely a non-transforming figure. Looks pretty cool, though.
However, I don't think it is a good idea making this kind of non-transforming Transformer for the movie. 3" Titaniums are okay, and so are statues, but actual action figures that don't transform? Seems to kind of defeat the purpose...

The gold necklace is fabulous, as is his silver lip-gloss. Is he Megatron or Blingatron?

As a toy it is kinda fugly with a terrible paint app, but I'm keeping an open mind about these until I see them in the flesh.

The shoulder and ankle ball joints look Revoltech-inspired.

That's not a FAB at all as it doesn't transform. It's one of those 'movie accurate figures' which is supposed to be nothing more then an action figure that looks like it's movie counterpart. Each TF character will have numerous toys made of them, and this is from just another line.

Overall I'd prefer a more 'gritty' paint job to the figure, similar to how he looks in the movie poster, as right now it looks too clean and smooth. Too shiney for my tastes.

Actually there is a distinct purpose to it, since no toy for the movie could possibly accurately recreate the robot modes from the movie and still transform, as we've seen in prototypes so far, sacrifices get made. An action figure line for the movie is the only way to have accurate figures.

Think of them as... movie Actionmasters.

Has to be the Authentic Action Figure or whatever they call it. Whatever it is, it looks cheap & poorly made and won't be finding its way into my collection.

He looks like a grinning ape. Horrible. And I LOVE the other movie toys.

While the idea is nice, it's poorly done. Megatron looks like he is made of plastic. I know the figure is, but the point of paint is to hide the cheap plastic look. I think the overall execution is just weak. Also, what is that little motorcycle like thing next to him?

He looks like a chimp. Hopefully a properly coloured version will look better.

I 100% want realistic action figures from the movie, but these look to have all of the crisp detail of a toy made out of jello and toothpaste.

Eh, I'm rather dissapointed if this is an authentic action figure. I was expecting that if it didn't transform, it'd be uber-super-full of detailing, like the unleashed toys. I hope the Barricade and Frenzy action figures look better, seeing as how I really want to get a 100% movie-accurate version of those guys...
