Hello, I'm sorry if this doesn't count as news, or has already been posted. Along with the image of the Dread and Wrecker posted recently, ACToys had this image of the voyager Optimus Prime. It's pretty much similar to what we've seen before except the colors are more vibrant here, the image is clearer, and we get a closer look at the Mech Tech gun. While I'm happy enough with my Leader Prime figure, I do have to admit that this one does look nice. Not perfect, but nice. Might get the mold if it's cleverly repainted. Something similar to the TF1 Leader's repaint would be nice. The Mechtech cannon itself is quite nice, tbh. It makes me think of Armada Prime's big gun. Might see if there's anybody willing to sell theirs. There's bound to be someone out there who wants the figure, but not the weapon.
This looks a little better than what we'd seen in the past, though the ROTF molds pretty much knock it out of the park.
Colors look better than what we've seen. Do the legs seem extremely long to anybody else? This picture sparked my interest a little bit; I'm still having my many doubts about this line but like I said from day one I'll still give 'em a shot.
The more I see this figure, the more I like it. I especially like the BFG! Yeah, I know it isn't as accurate as Battle Blades OP but, as others have said, it doesn't have to be. I have that one already. This guy looks like he's going to be a fun figure and I'll get him as just a stand alone Prime.
better looking than we've seen before but the fake chest and hip tires ruin him for me. dont like the forearm kible either liking the gun though
That's a much more flattering photo then previous ones. I know a lot of people have been putting this down because it's not screen accurate, but honestly, this figure just looks like a really fun toy. Which was probably what Hasbro was going for. I probably still wont pick it up myself. But that's more to the fact that I need to be a tad more choosy about my TF purchases, due to money being kind of tight right now.
I'm not sure how a rehashed mold from 2007 is any better than this. Now if you'd compared it to Battle Blades Prime...
the sad thing is the person who took this picture you can tell they where trying and the figure let them down edit just a thought what if the trailer in the movie has all these weapons in it...
