Has anyone seen this? My wife got it for me off of some $1 DVD rack at Wal-Mart as a gag gift stocking stuffer, and it's one of those that is so VERY bad that it's hilarious! It has absolutely nothing to do with any transformers, but it does deal with one of the main characters being shot and infected with "bacteria beings" (who look remarkably like trolls), shrinking heroes, and space battles (including a ship named the Star Wars).
I haven't been able to finish it yet, but if you can still get to a WM that is clearancing the Christmas aisle of stuff, GO FIND THIS DVD! It is, hand's down the best $1 gift I've ever gotten, and I just can't say enough about the campy nature of it.

    This is the DVD:

Theres a load of those awesomely rediculous Korean knock-offs floating around, theres even one where a VF-1 fights a giant rat.

Wow, thanks for reminding me that i have that atrocity sitting on my DVD shelf, just waiting to be watched and ruin a good hour and a half of my time.

Heres a review on it you would find rather funny: http://teleport-city.com/wordpress/?p=831

    Space Thunder Kids Review:http://teleport-city.com/wordpress/?p=803

Ok, i first bought a Koreanime like 2 years ago called "Space Thunder Kids", and i will say this much, whatever BS dvd description is on the back, that has absolutly nothing to do with the movie. I was under the impression that Space Thunder Kids were simply about saving a scientist, instead, i got a movie that from one second in till the credits, i didnt know WTF was going on.

All it was is just Go Nagai mech ripoffs with ripoffs of space ships and Gundam designs. And theres bad dubbing thrown in to try and make a story out of that crap. But, if you wanna buy an atrocity and you want a good laugh at dubbing and bad designs to kill time, because you have nothing better to do with your life for an hour, then try these out.

I got a good laugh, and for some reason, i feel like keeping them, to remind me of how grateful i am on liking good anime/movies/anything. Now, i should leave out my Space Transformers DVD, to maybe watch it since its just been sitting there for a year now...

I have a couple of dvd's along these lines from didiview ent., one being defenders of space featuring a G1 inferno look a like. The animation is crude, but these dvd are going for $1 so no big loss checking them out

I've heard of these infamous titles, but I've never actually seen any of them in a Canadian Wal-Mart. Then again though, I'm not looking through the bargain-bin thinpacks (it is a thin pack right?), but cheapo Asian Cinema section doesn't have any of them either. I really want to check out the terribleness. Guess I'll check Wal-Mart once again.
