After watching the series premiere i kinda got used to the cgi. It came to the point where i actually liked it a lot. The action sequences were fairly smooth but like anything else it could get better. So tell me what you guys think!!!

The lip-sync was kinda wonky, but other than that, it was pretty good.

Not every show can be like Star Wars: The Clone Wars. (which I swear everytime I think it can't get any better animation-wise, it gets better) I think the animation is great for what it is.

My main concern was with emotions and beating the tar out of the UT CGI. And it's done that in spades.

And besides, we all know CGI shows get better over time. Beast Wars season 1 to Season 3 for example. Recently Split Lip brings up clone wars. Probably the same deal here.

The animation was amazing specially for literally the first episode of the studio's first work.

Some of the scenes were breath-taking. I'm not sure what people want.

"People" seem to be of the opinion that aesthetics is DA THANG.

It's the reason why a lot of people avoid Beast Wars and Beast Machines. They completely ignore the fact that both shows had excellent writing, cause it's "DURR, OUTDATED CG CRAP!". Funnily enough, these are usually the same people who'll tell you that no TF show to date has exceeded G1 in terms of animation quality.

Traditional animation does age better then CGI animation though. Probably because we're used to kickass computer rendered graphics with videogames nowadays.

Speak of videogames, the fight scenes made me think alot of cool video game cutscenes.

A real treat after Animated's.... ironically horrible animation.

I'm really astounded by the way the background environments turned out, absolutely amazing. That's what was lacking back in the days of BW when CG tech was still developing. But what Mainframe was able to do was push the envelope on the robot renders. In Prime, bots aren't that amazing, probably just a tad better than Season 3 BW and BM imo. Hopefully they improve the robot renders along the way.

I was quite impressed with the animation. The action sequences were awesome too.

For me it's going to take a bit of getting used to. I like seeing new styles of animation but they always take a while to sort of sink in. So I like it but it's still sort of a bit odd at the moment for being different.

Really like the background stuff. They energon mine didn't look that impressive but I really love how things like the background buildings or the Autobot base have so much detail. All the backgrounds seem unique like the real world instead of the generic you get too often in cartoons.

Plus yea this is just the start so it should be really great in the later seasons.

The character animation is good, especially in the fight scenes, but I think they need to work on making the mouths - both human and robot - look more natural. The backgrounds need work, too, as they all come off as really basic and underdeveloped.

Animation was pretty dire to be honest. Reminded me of what you would see around the turn of the century. Looked cheap. Didn't sound too bad though.

I hate to say it, but the lip-sync was kind of off in some scenes. That is something I hope gets better with time.

I thought the backgrounds looked just fine, though.
