On the toy I have, the wing/backpack will not peg onto the shoulders, like ever.

Is there any way to fix this?

Are the shoulders aligned with the Pterodactyl head? the small indentation on the side fits around a bulge on the pterodactyl head.

The success rate seems to vary from toy to toy. Best I can say is to make sure the chest halves are notched into the little bits that stand out on the dino head/beak, and squeeze them together to help the pegs and slots in the backpack area to line up.

you really need to force it. i tried something that nearly snapped him in half (as far as i can tell) and it worked out pretty well. `
