The BIGGEST of my Animated Dinobot set is Sludge! I wanted him to have the girth and weight that a Bronto should have so I opted to use a Grimmy as the base. Head is made from Ani Grimlocks with rounded eye ridges and filed down teeth. Lower jaw is the lower jaw from an Activator Grimmy. The neck came was an Animated Wreck-Gar leg as it had that smoothness that Animated has. The front legs are from a Snarl as well as the rear legs which form his forearms. The dino-neck has an added 180* rotation hinge that allows his "wings" to be larger than Grimlocks and to allow the dino neck to be less kibbly. Bot head is a Snarl head with styrene. 3 more to go! Enjoy!

Was watching this on Facebook, and I'm still amazed. Love this. Thanks the goodness I bought a few cheap Snarls so I might be able to replicate this awesomeness!

This is awesome! Now I want to make this myself, but I'd need to go find parts. I really like how the dino head becomes sort of a tail in robot mode.

Love it! Sludge was my favorite dinobot as a kid. Makes me wish I had a spare grimlock & snarl to do this.

Man, this is one of the best damn Animated customs I've seen. It genuinely looks like something HasTak would produce - Internet fist bump, man!

Bad Ass! Damn, those parts are integrated so perfectly together it really does look like an official figure. The paint is perfect as well.

    Perfect all around!

    MY GOD!!! :jawdropper:

spoonman, you are (without any doubt) the Kitbasher extrordinaire!!! :rock

I swear if Hasbro does not produce and release the all the Dinobots from Fall of Cybertron, I am making my own the same way you did and I WILL start with Sludge!

Will we see Snarl and Slag soon?
