    On my figure his head rolls around way too much, is it possible to get it to be more stable like Starscream's? Do i tighten a screw or cover the ball in nail polish?

    Nail polish should do it. Multiple coats if needed.

    yeah, coat the ball joint with clear nail polish or superglue...its the standard fix for loose ball joints
