Coneheads  

 

I've seen these before and was quite astonished. They are all simply fantastic. I really love all the added highlights and details. I wonder though... since the coneheads have actual coneheads now, are you going to update them Sprut or make a Coneheads 2.0 or something? I mean, they look so sweet right now, but a little extra show acuracy could still make them better I think. Maybe. I'm just curious as to what your plans are now.

I recently started my quest to add to my seeker collection ( namely, to create ramjet, thundercracker, female one?) to round out the ones that appeared in Season 2 and 3. You did a great job, congrats.

Couple of questions for you... if I may:

- what kind of paint did you use- something that will rub easily when applying (in case you mess up), but will remain permanent long-term after drying?

- for the generation two seekers (ramjet et co), what did you use for the coneheads? And how did you do the wings for those- like the VTOL wings for thrust?

Well these were always meant to be my more G1 based take on the Ani Seekers so no plans to change or update them.
I was hoping Hasbro would provide us with a Femscream mold but that looks pretty unlikely now so at some point in the future i suppose i`m gonna have to make one.

Paint wise i use Games Workshop Acrylics,it wont rub easily but if you keep coats nice & thin you can correct any mistakes by painting over.
