    First we see news about energon coming to dvd,
    now animated season 2.
    Does seem strange that they would
    release it after christmas.
    It would be nicer if instead of season 2 photos,
    they'd give us season 3 preview photos.

    Assuming that they're talking about video interstitials and not some sort of web interstitial, let's just call them more Animated shorts.

    It might be too late for Christmas, but it won't be too late for a "Crap, I have to survive another semester - Here we go!" gift to myself :D

    YAY! Though it's a bit strange that they're not pushing for a December release... you'd think they'd want to sell it to the kiddies at Christmas time...

    Just a teeny, tiny, annoying, nitpicky correction to the main news story, there: the two previous shorts actually came included on the "Transform and Roll Out" movie DVD, not on the Season One DVD. :) 

    Otherwise, great news! I've yet to pick up any of the Animated DVDs - the toys are draining all of my TF-allocated funds, to be honest - but I reckon I'll take the plunge when all the discs are available. Looking forward to it: 2009 is looking very strong for TF goodness, I must say...
