Considering his alt mode (A truck) i'm guessing Sentinel Prime.

Not the right body type in the least. And besides, he asked what media he's using to sculpt this.

Could be wrong, but it looks like Apoxie Sculpt.

Which is really something any aspiring sculptor/customizer should have in their toolkit. Much better than Sculpey and alternatives, and a heckuva lot cheaper than other epoxy putties.

ya its apoxie sculpt, clay, styrene. sentinel is not a good fit for him. he's gotta be built from scratch to do him justice. =) thx for the comments guys!

    Awesome!
As the figure looks now, I´m sure this will be so freaking cool. Hopefully there is a chance to make him transformable!

As long as "good price" doesnt' mean the cheapest resin you can find.; ) I learned from that mistake years ago.

I've really been wanting a animated perceptor, but after seeing the generations one coming out, I was going to see if that would make a decent base figure to start from. I'd usually go straight to a sratchbuild, but with so many unmade animated toys, it'd be nice to have some sort of base to go from.

Your head looks really nice. very clean, and captures the animated look well.

    Randy!
