I haven't seen the 2 part season finale of TF:A, but my friend watched it with his kids and said that O.S. was in it and looked rather faithful to the G1 version.

i was wondering if he will become the first of the largest class figures. or do you think with TF:A, they might shy away from the big toys?

he's listed in the wal-mart computers as being a supreme class (size of Unicron and Primus) and he's gonna be around Roll Out And Command Optimus's size.

True, but they've said that about other figures in the past just to have them show up down the road(I'm looking at you Classics Soundwave).

Darn! So its confirmed we won't be getting an Animated Omega? I just caught the episode he was on and it was pretty well drawn and designed. I will definitely pick him up if he was released.

Since Classics Blaster is Cybertron Soundwave's mold it'd make sense for "Classics" Soundwave to just be Cybertron Soundwave

There's a few possible interpretations of their "No Plans" statement:

*They haven't thought about it yet but may come around to it.

*They actually ARE working on it, but want to keep details concealed for the time being.

*The line is not performing as well as hoped, so they don't want to invest in another oversized figure.

Last I new, he wasn't in any of the Walmart listings. He was in a list, but that list was proven to be based off of speculation, and it actually got a couple of things wrong (like Sentinel Prime's and Wreck-Gar's size classes). That and Hasbro has officially said that they don't have any plans to make one.

I'm guessing that Hasbro are waiting until season 3 of animated is greenlit before commiting to making him.

I hope they make one, I almost want to buy 2, would maybe consider 3.
    Omega Supreme Animated.
    Ark Ship color variant.
    Omega Sentinel Variant.

I'd almost settle for deluxe or Voyager Class for a legends type display or activators type use, but the bigger the better when it comes to O.S.

If there is an Omega Supreme toy, It'd be cool if it could walk like the Original toy, without the faulty engine.

If he does eventually get a toy, I honestly hope it's a Voyager class figure. I wouldn't immediatley turn down a Supreme class figure, but I'd definetly be more willing to buy a $20 figure than I would a $50 figure that would more than likely have gimmicks that hinder it in articulation. I'd much rather have a nice toy with good posability that looks a good amount like his on-screen counterpart, than a large almost in-scale compared to some of the figures toy hindered by gimmicks I might activate once or twice.

Voyager OS? Man, that would be small, and a waste of the character IMHO. I'd be fine with a leader class, but any smaller would just be weird.

While generally gimmicks can ruin a figure, looking at figures like Leaders Megatron and Ultra Magnus, illustrates that Hasbro can do "gimmicks" without hindering the figure, and that's what I'd like to see OS like.

Given Hasbro's propensity for repaints, I'd also be all for an Omega Sentinel repaint as well.

I hope he does get made. I really liked him in the finale. To me he would do a lot better in the Supreme Class line then Optimus Prime. Just hope he would do more then Prime.

The thing is, as far as we know, he wasn't in any of the Walmart listings. The listing he was in has been proved to be based of of fan speculation. Not trying to continually argue my point or anything, I'd just rather not see people get their hopes up waiting for a Supreme class Omega Supreme that, as far as we know, won't be happening.

I'm not a fan of the animated toys, but I definitely want this one.

But isn't it an awkward market move to NOT make one? I mean, kids must be dying to get a hold of ol' Omega.
