A very nice figure. As previously reported, he is in fact a pearly grey, and not almost white as some early shots have suggested. Very tight in both modes, due to many, many ratchet joints in the figure. He pulls very slightly to the right due to his massive cannon, but he's more than sturdy enough to support the cannon. He's a little shorter than the Voyager Starscream fig, which I'd be more upset about if we weren't getting a true Leader class figure. Despite the differences, this is a nice representation of his short-lived Cybertronian mode.

Transformation to VTOL mode is fairly simple. Push his arms forward at the shoulders, fold the forearms over his head and tab the cannon into place on his back, fold his legs up to the sides and tab them into the torso, then arrange the little jewel-like bits on his kneecaps to tab together and you're done! The cannon fires the missile a decent distance, about 3 feet from desktop height.

Overall, a great looking figure, and fun to boot! Pick it up when you can!!

I plan on getting both him and the Leader sized version of his Earth-mode. Any chance for some comparison pictures with some non-Animated figures?

Thanks :D , and yeah, they work for me :thumb . The only figure that I have out of all of those is Cliffjumper, lol, but I do have a blackout, so Evac works in place for him. He's about average size, if not a little shorter, for Voyager. He's definetly going to look cool displayed with the other Decepticons I plan to get.

Edit: Just thought of a question. The "tail" piece in bot mode, is it possible to turn that around so it lays against his back? I can see that getting in the way of positioning his legs in some ways.

You mean can you fold the wings in jet mode into their robot mode positions while leaving the feet where they are in jet mode?

Yeah, you can do that :)

How do you mean downwards? The cannon/sword can rotate around the forearm on a little lever, from here:

    Around to here:

Also, the cannon DOES detach. It's attached to a post on the lever. Although you still end up with the lever sticking out awkwardly from the forearm:

    Any other questions/requests?

Cool thanks man! Did you get the instruction booklet too? The reason I wonder, is because I keep wondering how exactly the sword transformation is supposed to go(for example, where its supposed to be angled and whatnot).

I actually didn't get the manual for mine, so no idea. Although what you see in the pics above is pretty much the limit for where you can pose that cannon, so...

Whoops, missed that one. The flap is on a hinge that can flip up so it's sticking out 90 degrees from the back, so it's really not going to hamper your leg poses much, unless you want Gymnast Megatron.

    Also, yes:

You have to pop it off an turn it around to get it to sit like that, but it's really easy to do. That piece just snaps on and off, it's not pinned in or anything.

Next to the assumed greatness and ultimate mind-blowing-ness of the Leader TF:A Megs, this may be the best mainline Megs toy evar!

Got one today, and I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

My Animated Megatron has two left legs- which means he cannot transform or even stand properly.

Weird. Did you get it from Heero? If you email him, he might be able to send you the right leg. They pop off easily at a post on the knees, like so:
