is it just me or are these leaders way to small??

    they seem ultra sized.

as much as i love all three, they dont seem worth the original 40 dollar price tag

Are you comparing them to ROTF Leaders? Because Hasbro made them a little bigger then TF1 and Animmted leaders.

Bulkhead Might be a little shorter, but his width makes up for it. And as far as Ultra Magnus and Megatron.....Are you a little :drunk

You're thinking of Supremes. Ultras are bigger then Voyagers, but smaller then Leaders.

Megs and Bulkhead are a little short, but not enough to level any complaints against, at least not you Americans. Try being Canadian and being expected to shell out $60 a Leader. Then we'll talk. :)

They do seem a tad smaller than the movie 1 leaders, which in turn are smaller than movie 2 leaders, which is probably how the topic creator sees the comparison.

All three of them are awesome nevertheless, though. Even though they're a tad smaller, in reality close to ultras as mentioned.

I didn't see BH being worth $40, so i waited. $20 was perfect.
Megs, well, I woulda paid $30 tops, but since i got him at $20, no complaints.
UM, was worth all of the $40 I paid for him.

Actually, I have my Universe Ultra Powerglide standing next to TFA Magnus and they do actually seem to be roughly the same height, from the top of the head.
But Magnus has more bulk to him.

I'd say the TFA Leaders are a bit smaler then others, but not enough for it to be an issue. Least I don't think so.

Comparing my Leader Magnus next to Rotf Prime, he is a bit shorter than Prime, but only by a head. I feel like I got my money's worth out of him.

I'd say my Leader is just the right size. Just wish I could get a Lugnut in that class now

They're small compared to TF1 Leaders, and really small compared to ROTF Leaders because the ROTF Leaders are pretty big. I mean Optimus is like 9ft. tall.

Powerglide is also a little tall for an Ultra too, compared to Onslaught anyway who I feel is a nice example.

I love the Animated Leaders. Megatron was one of my first figures when I started collecting again. Loaded to the brim with unintrusive, fun gimmicks, and the voices sound very accurate and actually quite endearing. I feel bad that I only paid half price for all of them due to my convenient timing in snapping them up. They're easily worth the full 35-40.
