every time i transform him, either way, it feels like i'm going to break him. its really hard to pull out the back of his car/legs because the windshield is in the way. his legs seem like they could snap the windsheild right off and shoving the legs back is just the same. is everyone's like that or is the windsheild supposed to swing forward to make more room to move the legs?

I know what you mean... it isn't the greatest fit. I have no problem pulling them out, but getting them back in is tricky.

    It's tricky, to be sure.

Here's some advice: Fold out/in the roof and back section as one piece from the hips with the knees fully flat against the back of his thighs. That way the centre piece that goes right behind the windscreen just misses it. Once the legs unclick from the windscreen area it's plain sailing. :)
You'll have to maybe wiggle a little to get around the arms, but it does make things easier. And don't forget to open the kneepad flaps first.

transforming him back is easy, you have to have the thighs bent down so they are sticking down vertically in relation to the horizontal car bottom, the lower legs now horizontal can then be swing up and they fit perfectly under the wind shield, its the exact reverse of the car>robot motion.

Then you don't have an idea of what you're missing
