I am not sure what to do to get Animated Grimlock's arms to go into place... If I push it in close to a position that looks right, the shoulders start to break apart...

How do I do this? and is there any pics of what it's supposed to look like?

sounds like robot mode. There's a specific way of pushing the arms in and out.

I think they're just doing it wrong, it's a weird push in movement as I recall... Don't force it in though.

Mine won't go in as far as it does in the video.. thats when the shoulder starts to break apart... I may buy a new one and return this one.

Any more options? If most people can get theirs to go in further than mine, I will return mine..
