For your viewing pleasure today i have,

    Animated stealth(crystal) Lockdown.

The clear smoke and translucent green are a very nice combo on this repaint/remold.

First off the hands have not been fixed which is a disappointment but expected.

Stealth lockdown is a basic retool/repaint of lockdown with no changes to the figure.

Recommended as a secondary piece or if you collect clear formers.Stick to the first lockdown and avoid blazing lockdown.

    Anyway here is the gallery,

No they did not fix the hands. Hasblow doesn't consider Lockdown's hands as a problem.

In all honesty, it's not that big of a deal. Just take a hobby knife and carve away.

Yes, we shouldn't have to, but it's an easy fix.

Not a fan of repaints, but this one is cool.

Looks nice, still not sure if I'll get it though, may just be an impulse buy.

I forgot to ask, how tight are the joints? Does the left leg still pop off easily?

Frankly, why should they? I mean sure, it look's better straight, but I guess they could either fix BB's stingers or Lockdown's and and choosed the one that they thought better. Neither is nessesary, though the fact taht hasbro fixed BB's stingers were fixed at all shows that Hasbro cares at least that much, why poopoo them just because they never got around to this?

Cutting clear plastic is a BAD idea.

Either way, Hasbro said they would be fixed. Remember How Elite BB's stingers weren't fixed untill the DAY it was released?

I love it. I just absolutely hate the gray plasticy panels on his hood. I don't hate the gray plasticy areas as a whole, just that one area because it stands out so much. And this isn't good because I was planning on keeping him in car mode.

Hasbro didn't fix the hands because there's nothing to fix. Hasbro has specifically stated that the hands were designed that way on purpose. You can't expect them to go in and change a mold just because half of you find the look of it displeasing.... I love this fandom....

On Topic: despite the fact that I find the grey fenders very annoying from an aesthetic value it's understood. Those parts are needed in regular plastic to make the toy more stable. I'll be picking this guy up when he finally hits stores.

i didnt get the original paint app of this guy but couldnt resist this and am glad that I couldnt! This mold is sweet! I used a drill with a small bit to fix the wrists. The hand actually locks into place now because of the way I modified it.

This figure actually made me want to go back and get the O.G. lockdown and the next blazing deco.. We will see...
