What I really mean is that HasTak should produce more transformable toys that are as thin, poseable, and sturdy as Animated Blurr. Yeah, I love the bulky toys too, but I would also very much appreciate thin characters.

See, I recently thought to myself "Who would make for a cool ninja Radicon?" I wanted it to be someone thin and poseable. I looked at my shelves and saw movieverse Bumblebee and Wreckage, and they came close, but didn't quite cut it for my tastes. Then I saw Blurr, standing at the back because he's so tall for a deluxe, with his arms behind his back like a soldier at attention, because I like to think of him as someone assertive and coherent because his toy is just that cool to me. And I realized, hmm, he would make an awesome ninja, but I don't wanna mod this cool toy - and besides, I'd rather do it to a movieverse toy.

I settled on TF1 Arcee's mold. But I still think it would be great to have more molds to choose from.

Maybe I'm just not familiar enough with the full roster of toys. Actually, I know that I'm not.

Animated Blurr is definitely the Classics Mirage of Animated. Check him, Drag Strip or Fracture out for an older taste of the art form of TFs. :)

Sorry to say this, but when I got mine he was anything BUT sturdy. His limbs were super weak and he kept falling over. I but paper into the joints and that stiffened them up, he's pretty good now, but I just got one that was a bit of a... POS.

Shame, he's the only Animated figure that caught my attention, next to Legends Animated Starscream. My copy is just fine.

Animated was a frickin excellent line for the sheer engineering put into the figures. A deluxe that can stand as tall or a bit taller than a voyager, a deluxe regular size in bot mode but small and compact in vehicle, and then the regular size conformity ones as well.

It had a style and flair I hope can be injected in future lines(and maybe inspire the next movie's lines not to be such fatasses and take up so much room per figure)

I'm shocked that somebody didn't like the looks of Animated Leader Megatron. Greatest toy in the line, imo.

I know, but I can hardly talk about Animated without mentioning the awesomeness of Megatron.

My two favorite things about Animated Blurr:

    1. He's sturdy. At least mine is. As far as balancing goes. His center of gravity is rock solid. I have a hell of a time balancing Ratcher, Prowl, and Black Arachnia into just basic 'stand there straight' poses and keeping them steady. But Blurr I can actually pose.

    2. He has a sense of speed to him. You can pose him to look like he's running or sliding or just doing something that is obviously in motion.

Prowl is a bitch to get standing, isn't he?

I love Blurr, though. He can be posed in either action poses, or dynamic poses, they both work, and the paint scheme on him is just cool. I can't wait to pick up more of these figures!

I doubt it'll ever happen, but Animated Blurr needs either a black or red repaint. I'd snatch it up in a heartbeat.

Ah, but Animated Blurr is an artform. Remember, he got turned into modern art when he was crushed by Shockwave.

I would buy almost any repaint of this mold. I was thinking more along the lines of silver and red, though.
