    Thanks for the review.

Do you have a G1 Blurr to compare with? And if I may ask, would you be able to throw in a few group photos of Animated Blurr and a bunch of other Animated figures?

    Thanks!

    Great pictorial/video review as always.

I have a question that hasn't seem to have popped up. But do the wheels on his feet actually work, meaning do they roll like real wheels?

Or do they cheat and have smaller wheels on the wheels, like the ones found on Classics universe 2.0 Galvatron's treads?

I once more say, Animated Blurr = G1 blurr + Sonic the hedgehog. Which makes me want him even more (2 of my favorite characters)

A little of both. The entire wheel doesn't turn. but the inside of the wheel does, if that makes sense. Basically if you were looking at blurr from the front, and cut his tires in half vertically, the inside half would roll, while the outside half didn't.

I'm at work, and don't have Shockwave with me, but here's one of the wheels. It's actually that middle section that rolls, the outer edges stay still. The front wheels are normal wheels.

I like how they seem to have taken inspiration from this motorcycle (maybe they didn't) I remember seeing a few years back. Too bad it doesn't spin completely, but hasbro/takara trying to do this is really great of them.

Edit: You know what, this design of wheel is actually pretty similar to the one hasbro designed for Blurr's feet. The side of the wheels on Blurr are pretty much acting like the metal on the wheels of the bike.

Could you take a picture of Blurr with the 5 main Autobots and use Leader Bulkhead as the Bulkhead in the picture?

Nice review for an awesome toy. If you find a fix for the loose knee joints please post it!

Actually, the usual superglue/nal polish trick works just fine. And you can unscrew part of the thigh and it's a REAL easy job to knock that pin out. It's super short (make sure not to lose it!) and the side of the hole you'll be hammering it ou from is completely covered by the thigh panel, so even if you scratch it a little getting the pin out you'll never see it once it's put back together. Then just put a little polish/glue on the sides of the tab and let it dry, and when you put it all back together, the knees are nice and tight without damaging the figure at all.

Thanks for the info Peaugh. Will definitely do that!

Just to make sure..as I don't have the product in hand. You don't put polish/glue on the actual pin itself? But the tab right? I guess I'll find out when I get the fig.

Yeah. Bascially the lower leg has a tab at the knee that fits into a slot on the upper leg, and to make the joint stiffer you want that tab to fir snugly in the slot. So but putting the glue/polish on bith sides of the tab, you're making it just a little bit thicker and more of a snug fit in the slot. Granted, if you're lucky, the knees won't even be loose. There's not enough of a sample yet to tell if it's an issue that varies from figure to figure or if it's present on all of them.
