Here are my sons first attempted at painting his Tfs. ( I helped of course!) He chose Animated BB and Universe Ironhide. On BB we added Silver to bring out some mold detail and give his robot mode some metallic feel to it. (Not much changed in car mode except for front lower air intake painted black) On Ironhide his rims unpainted take away from excellent design buy Hasbro so we painted the rims to bring out the detail and also painted a full skirt started by Hasbro and fixed by me and my son. Front grill was painted and filled where Hasbro left unpainted. The baby blue windows got black to give a tinted look including sunroof. (No robot images taken since most paint applications are not seen in this mode.)
Turns 5 in Feb. Trust me it wasn't a straight forward paint. Took us about a month to get down. And a lot of paint scratching errors off!
