    Exactly.

    Of course they are.

Wasn't doing that. I was only forcing the idea to always be courteous to others, even if there is something you don't like about them. And also to be thankful for someone to actually take time out of their busy day to give us this review. Sean didn't have to give us this review at all, but he chose to do so, for the sake of being helpful to others, and that's what matters.

Now let's put this matter behind us and carry on the true discussion at hand: Sean's review of Activators Animated Optimus Prime.-Netkid

That was intentional.  It's all in good fun, lad!

Hey, who thinks we should get an activators Blurr? He'd have one quick transformation, it seems fitting.

    Anyone?

Actually I don't have my lip piercings anymore for awhile now and my nails always been short except in some videos where I just been so busy and didn't get to cutting them for I get so tired and busy and become a lazy guy that doesn't want to shave or maintain his appearance lol!

Yes I'm posting that right now

These little guys are the best surpricse of Animated IMO.

Thanks for the pics. Looks great and it will fit in nicely with the rest.

Prime is a nice little activator, but sadly, not the best. I think Starscream still holds that title. Prime has a nice robot mode, but like THS-02 and the Classics 2-pack Prime, his truck mode just barely rates above "ass on wheels." But his robot mode MORE than makes up for it.

transforming him isn't that fun and the vehicle mode is iffy, but robot mode he looks very show accurate compared to some of the other prime toys out.

    Pros:
    * Robot mode looks as good as the Voyager toy, only smaller
    * Generally good articulation

    Cons:
    * Truck mode is pretty bad, even by Animated Prime standards.
    * There's more steps and work switching between modes than I like to see on an Activator toy.

Overall: very nice robot figure, but doesn't offer much beyond that.

I want to be annoyed by this little Prime but he won my heart. I really don't care for the transformation, it's very wonky and by the end it feel like I'm just shoving everything together, but it does hold together well when everything is lined up. And then, as others have mentioned, the truck looks like...well, I don't know...it's ugly. But I'm not a huge fan of Animated Prime's truck aesthetics anyway so an even uglier version is hard to love.

All that said though, I love this toy. His long, flat feet peg gets in the way sometimes, but other than that he is an absolute blast to pose and looks really fantastic. I'm going to go so far as to say I like his bot mode better than Deluxe and Voyager Prime. He's like a tiny Voyager Prime with better articulation (hooray for ball jointed necks!) and there is no wonky half-assed waist gimmick to get in the way. It would have been nice to get a little ax or gun to clip onto his arm, but I'm sure I can find something compatible in my bin of 10,000 TF ccessories.

I finally saw him stores for the first time today so I picked him up. I love his robot- only wish he had some sort of axe but he's still impressive for his size. As for the instructions and transformation, I seriously laughed at the pic that tells you to pull down on the tap and viola! Truck mode! I wish it worked like that! I had to work for a while to get everything folded up, and like people have already said, the truck mode isn't the best. I still like him a lot though and feel he was worth getting just for the mere joy of having a tiny animated Prime that looked so close to the 'toon counterpart.
