IDW, I assume? Perhaps a one-shot Spotlight, or art for the BW profile book?
hope he polishes up his style. i personally prefer his own inked works - as evident by the us g1 covers. his inked stuff over at DW looked like something else and not as good especially when put up against don and guido. hes gotta go back to his personal, distinctive style - basically rubbery TFs.
Sound like a TFvsGIJ series to me, the bit about combining characters from two books he worked on being the giveaway.
I think that was more to do with the photoshop monkeys at DW rather then what he was doing, some of the original pencils were floating around the net a while ago and you could see allot more of classic Wildman in them then you could in the final product.
"A publisher that I have never worked with before"
he's done stuff for IDW before, so its unlikely them
bwa? that sounds highly irregular....and interesting. hmm.
Has Wildman ever worked for DDP? GIJ/TF makes sense. I didn't know he has a history with the Joes/Action Force. Perhaps another mini, or even an ongoing?
No more GIJ/TF
But Andrew Wildman = YAY!
A fourth DDP joe vs. tf?
the way Art of War finished there IS the possibility for a sequal.
But I'd rather that AoW be the end, leaving the future to the imaginations of hte fans.
the thing thats got me thinking is that, if this is a new publisher, we could be looking at something like them TF novels i.e. low publicity, poor distribution
i didn't liked wildman's style in the last issues of G1 (too drippy, and prowl looked like prince charles ) i prefer his "DW standard" drawings.
God, I hope so.
Hmmmm, we may see a Cobra-la Galvatron yet.
Hmm. Wonder if it's the same secret thing that Simon Furman mentioned a while back.
It's very delayed if it is, but I hope it happens.
Wild Furman only worked on two books at Marvel.
X-Men Adventures (based off the FOX Kids series)
If that's the case, he did a pretty good job drawing the X-Men, but a Transformers vs. X-Men? Why, that sounds as crazy as Transformers vs. Justice League!
That's crazy talk, go out and get some air, you loon.
Thats not even the most bonkers possibility, Wildman worked on other licenced stuff like Thundercats as well as Transformers.
Separate names with a comma.
